Bülow’s Palæ topping out
Bülow’s Palæ topping out

An important milestone for our project Bülow’s Palæ in Frederiksberg. The former Royal Veterinary Serum Laboratory is being renovated and transformed into18 elegant, luminous apartments in varying sizes with striking features such as high ceilings, large windows, sculptural staircases, new balconies and skylights.

The transformation is being carried out with respect for the history of the existing front house from 1908 and back house from 1934 – continuing the original mansion and funkis styles, which are repeated in the choice of materials. The entrance hall and the apartments are furnished with oak floors in a herringbone pattern, stone tiles, stucco, brass fittings and wooden doors with fillings. The building's forecourt facing Bülowsvej will be upgraded to a green urban space, carefully integrated into the area's green campus edge, as well as a front garden area facing the apartments.

We look forward to people moving in after the summer!
