EFFEKT has pre-qualified for the design competition of a theater hall for Odsherred Theater together with Mette Bisgaard, Mads Peter Østerskov and Troels Øder Hansen as consultants. The theater was recently moved from the periphery of the city to a former supermarket on the main street and will play a leading role in the revitalization of the city center. The disused parking facility on rear of the theater will be transformed into a flexible urban space for performances and for re-creative use by the local residents. The project is funded by the A.P. Møller Foundation and Realdania.
