Time to celebrate the topping-out ceremony of Home.Earth Nærheden—a six-story timber building and a neighborhood powered entirely by near-surface geothermal energy, solar power, and its own waste heat.

With an exceptionally low carbon footprint of just 4.7 kg CO₂/m²/year—the lowest ever recorded for a large Danish multistory building—this project sets a new benchmark.
