This week, we’re thrilled to welcome students to UMEUS, our newly completed student housing project in Copenhagen featuring 543 thoughtfully designed apartments. Each space is unique, with panoramic bay windows that fill the interiors with natural light, and smart zoning that enhance the tiny living experience.

At UMEUS, community is at the heart of the design. The open and inviting ground floor offers shared amenities including restaurants, cozy hang-out areas, a fitness center, café, and bike-friendly facilities. The surrounding green spaces, courtyards, and the new car-free Rolighedsvej City Campus connect students to nature, with access to an upcoming public park.

With greenery integrated throughout—from rooftop gardens to tree-lined courtyards—UMEUS creates a peaceful retreat within the city. We’re proud to help address the student housing shortage by offering high-quality spaces that promote both connection and well-being.
