The first Living Places prototype outside of Denmark has officially launched in the Netherlands! The Smûk house, located in Dokkum, Friesland, was unveiled last week, with a special visit from Her Majesty Queen Máxima of the Netherlands.

This milestone comes after the 2023 partnership agreement between Dutch homebuilder Bouwgroep Dijkstra Draisma and the VELUX Group.
