We are pleased to announce that we are among the three teams shortlisted for the new development of the iconic area around Ringbo in Bagsværd, Denmark.
We are commending Gladsaxe Kommune in collaboration with Grandville to rethink the classic parallelopdrag and are excited to take part in a short, intense three weeks competition in direct dialogue with the municipality to develop a main concept for the area.
By combining EFFEKT’s services within architecture, landscape, and urbanism and together with @MOE we will devise a holistic main concept for a new, attractive and mixed neighborhood that will connect with the rest of Bagsværd, establishing new meeting places around the school, childcare and sports programs.
The site's strategic location will play a crucial role in promoting cohesion and connecting the Bagsværd district, by opening up its sides to form new links with the neighboring areas.
The three teams selected to work on the assignment are EFFEKT together with MOE, COBE architects and landscape architects, and MASU Planning together with Cornelius Vöge.
