This week, it was announced that after a 6-month selection procedure, EFFEKT, as part of the team with ABC Planontwikkeling, abcnova, Vector-i, Felixx, Traject, BREED ID, Spark, Bouw21 and Re: Invent has won the tender for the development vision of the P2-Europapark plot in Groningen, the Netherlands.
The vision is to redevelop the P2 plot into a mixed program of up to 70,000 m2 which fosters the potential of Europapark as a thriving living and working neighborhood. The project site is located in front of the Euroborg stadium complex and extends over the remaining foundations of the Hunzecentrale power plant, which was demolished in 1998.
