The project focuses on developing a sustainable and diverse neighborhood on Middelfart´s waterfront, that remains resilient toward future climate change challenges the city faces.
A large public park will connect the historic downtown to the waterfront through the new mixed-use development, which will include multiple residential offerings - from both privately-owned and rental units to senior co-housing, social housing, and community housing.
