Rosenhøj is a holistic transformation of a social housing area in Viby Syd in Aarhus, completed by EFFFEKT, Arkitema and Viggo Madsen.

In this short video, EFFEKT co-founder Tue Foged unfolds the strategies behind the transformation of the area, with the aim of opening up towards the surrounding city and creating a new sense of identity and community inside the neighborhood.
