UMEUS is 677 student-housing and young professional accommodations located in the heart of Copenhagen. While the demolition of the outdated research laboratories is ongoing our team is working hard to complete the tender documentation due in September.

UMEUS is designed around the traditional dorm co-living concept. Taking the core community components from popular dorms and upgrading them to a modern setting including specially designed and furnished accommodations, upgraded hallway community kitchens plus extensive additional shared community spaces such as gyms, study and lounge areas, café, bike shops, laundry, guest quarters and more.

Every inch of UMEUS is purposefully designed with today’s students in mind. To provide the best foundation for students to grow and succeed. The aim is to offer affordable prices in great locations, near city centers and educational institutions.

The first location in Frederiksberg (a municipality in Copenhagen) is located on what was previously Copenhagen University campus grounds, with the University of Copenhagen, Copenhagen Business School, and a long list of other higher educational institutions nearby.

The project is due for completion in 2024.
