The modular building components at the SIMAC construction site have started to arrive on site and assembly is well underway. Columns, floor slabs, partition walls and cores are all prefabricated off-site and brought in by truck for on-site assembly.

The large crane maneuvering the elements is placed in the future atrium - what will essentially be the heart of the new maritime academy when it is planned for completion in Q1 2023.
