The Forest Tower debuts at DAC
Last night at the Danish Architecture Center we celebrated an evening dedicated to the iconic tower at Camp Adventure, with the premiere of The Forest Tower by Mathias Nordby as well as the launch of the book Skovtårnet, edited by Kristoffer Weiss.
After DAC´s program director Tanya Lindkvist´s welcome and introduction, the film director Mathias Nordby presented the screening of the much anticipated short film, which covers the development of the iconic tower over a span of three years through all the phases and seasons: from the detail design, to the construction site, and finally, at full capacity with many visitors.
After the screening, Kasper Larsen from Camp Adventure and EFFEKT cofounder Tue Foged engaged in a Q&A with the public and a panel debate moderated by editor Kristoffer Weiss, who unveiled the hot-off-the-press Skovtårnet book, published by the Danish Architectural Press.
