In a collaboration led by our good friends and colleagues at SLETH a team consisting of EFFEKT, MOE, CFBO with consultants Mogens A. Morgen, Boris Brorman Jensen and Ellen Braae has won the contract for the development plan for the Folehaven district in Valby, Copenhagen.

We are looking forward to the collaboration with the City of Copenhagen, private actors, the housing organizations and, not least, the inhabitants of the area. These stakeholders form the foundation for linking the many investments, creating a balanced, well-functioning city district where the unique characteristics and potentials of Folehaven are strengthened.
