EFFEKT has been chosen as one of the teams in the four year contracts with Brabrand Boligforening, for both new build and renovation projects. We are proud to get the opportunity to continue the developments in Gellerup Toveshøj, which we have been working with since 2009, when we started on the masterplan, and later continued with the landscape plan in 2014.
In the contract for renovation, EFFEKT is lead consultant with KAAI and Arkplan as subconsultants, and in the contract for new build EFFEKT is the sole consultant. The contracts will start January 2017 and run for four years with smaller competitions between five other teams chosen for each contract.
