Yesterday, Streetmekka Esbjerg was awarded the Esbjerg Municipal Foundation's Architecture Award. The award recognizes Streetmekka Esbjerg as an excellent example of innovative architecture in sensitive heritage settings. Streetmekka Esbjerg was inaugurated in January 2016 and in a few months it grew into the largest organization in the municipality with 4000 active members, aging from 4 to 60.
