EFFEKT with collaborators KPF, Topotek1 and MOE will participate as one of the five teams competing to design a new neighbourhood centered around the existing railway area in Viborg. The teams will develop a visionary and comprehensive master plan including a vocational college serving approximately 1,100 students and 100 staff on the northern side of the railway, a pedestrian bridge and public plaza promoting movement and connectivity across the railroad and a new residential neighbourhood on the southern side of the railroad tracks.
