EFFEKT, KAAI and SLA are in the competition to refurbish and transform the 37.500 m² social housing area Fyrkildevej including 420 dwellings. The competition is the 3rd phase of Kildeparken masterplan which EFFEKT and COWI won in 2010. This means that EFFEKT is now involved in two sections of Kildeparken; Ravnkildevej and now Fyrkildevej.
