The transformation is part of a strategic development process focusing on community houses and the first in a series that will work as a demonstration project for future transformations of community centers alike. The concept is an interpretation of the traditional Danish community center emphasizing connectivity, identity and informal meetings in a physical extension of the living room.

About 120-130 people stopped by the ceremony which at the same time was an opportunity for the local citizens to express wishes, discuss potentials and challenges for the community center.
