EFFEKT has together with Mangor & Nagel, SLA, Wissenberg, Oluf Jørgensen and UiWE been prequalified in the two-phased competition on a model program and masterplan for Græse Bakkeby - a satellite town to Frederikssund. The project competition is administered by DOMEA and the focus in the first phase will be a future-proof approach to the advantages and challenges of the town's dense and low typology. Second phase will be an implementation of the model program into a masterplan which demands a holistic understanding of how a city plan relates to landscape as well as social and cultural processes.
