In addition to this year's Architecture Prize, the Nykredit Foundation awards a Motivation Prize of DKK 100,000. This year the prize goes to the architect firm EFFEKT, which is headed by the two partners Sinus Lynge and Tue Hesselberg Foged. EFFEKT is a relatively young architect firm, which has distinguished itself by winning international and Danish architectural and urban planning competitions and contributing visionary urban design. The Danish Minister for Culture, Marianne Jelved, will present the prizes at a ceremony to be held at Nykredit's headquarters on 30 May at 17:00. via Nykredit
