EFFEKT + RUBOW wins 1st place in competition for a new school and sports facilities in the city of Helsingør. The project includes: A sustainable master plan for the entire area. A mixed use building including a cafe as well as multiple sports facilities. Transformation of an existing library into a primary school for the older children as well as a music facilities. Renovation and update of the existing building mass. In total the project includes 19.000 sqm spread out on 4 different levels.
